  I tested it and it ran for 7 hours with fan and cooling both on low. On maximum only ran for 2hrs and 20 minutes but it was very effective. I haven't tried it on middle setting yet . I think the noise level is acceptable for the comfort it provides.

  Built well. Excellent battery life. It is rated maximum <20W. That means under ideal conditions, you are looking at an average skin temperature drop of about 2-3 C over that region. The fans do not cool very much as fans, but are used to remove the hot air from the cooling unit. The cooling plate can be 8-15 C below ambient on a few square centimeters of contact area. Because airflow and mild evaporative enhancement multiply the perceived effect, comfort can feel 4-8 C cooler than still air even though actual skin temperature only drops less. But on a hot day, that is really appreciated.

  Gute Verarbeitung, angenehmer kühlender Luftstrom, wenn sich auch das integrierte Peltier-Kühlelement kaum bemerbar macht. Für Außenarbeit an heißen Tagen ideal, besonders, wenn man eine kleine Powerbank anschließt. Ergonomisch sehr gut geformt, schmiegt sich gut an, keine Kanten. Kurzum: mir gefällt's recht gut.
